Our licensed commercial kitchen has a 10 burner gas stove and oven, double commercial convection oven, commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer, dishwashing sinks, produce washing sinks, cupboard storage, and several prep counters.
If you are preparing food to sell to the public you must have certification that you are a Food Safety Manager through the MN Department of Health. In addition, you must be licensed for our kitchen.
Use our kitchen when you need it. Hourly rate includes use of two prep tables, one oven, and 1/2 of the stove.
The catering event fee allows you use of the kitchen (ovens, stoves, sinks, counters), along with a shelf in the cooler.
Caterer will have all-day access on the day of the event and 5 hours of prep time the day before the event.
Caterer will have half-day access on the day of the event and 2.5 hours of prep time the day before the event.
