About the Kitchen

The Equipment

Our licensed commercial kitchen has a 10 burner gas stove and oven, double commercial convection oven, commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer, dishwashing sinks, produce washing sinks, cupboard storage, and several prep counters.

Requirements for Use

If you are preparing food to sell to the public you must have certification that you are a Food Safety Manager through the MN Department of Health. In additon, you must be licensed for our kitchen.
